NOTE: We kindly ask that you have you property in the condition you would like it shot and to keep moving items and adjustments to a minimum, ensuring efficiency of shoot times. We are very aware and take in to consideration the variables the occur in real estate and will work with you to ensure the best stills possible for your listing. The estimated times above are just that, estimates, however, if the shoot exceeds 30 mins past the estimated time on-site due to factors beyond the photographers control, we reserve the right, at our discretion to charge an additional fee of up to $60 per 30 mins over.
